The real estate growth is very fast today. This is marked by numerous property units’ development, for example: luxury apartment or super-exclusive condominium or simple small houses. People’s demand on houses is very high today along with property development.
You can buy simple and small house if you don’t have enough budget to provide your family with big and beautiful house. Because people’s demand on houses is very high then almost all developers offer small lots or small houses. They are able to sell hundreds housing units in just a few days. This is also become problem.
To achieve their target, many developers often take advantage by building small houses with less facilities and environment or as we known as Very Simple House. This opinion should be change. ‘Consumer is a king’ and also as a human being that should be given the best.
The key word is house should be beautiful, healthy and environmentally friendly. That’s the key word to build houses, including building or choosing a small house.
